Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide, Please make sure its legal in your country before ordering. We cannot be held responsible, stick to the law.

Q: Is it true you ship tracked at no extra cost to the customer to NL?
A: Yes this is most certainly true, we use POSTNL to upgrade packets to the Netherlands for FREE to their tracked service.
Q: What packaging do you use?
A: We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or Realchems. UPS/ DHL Express is declared as an ‘analytical sample’ for legal reasons.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: BTC, LTC, ETH, BCH, Western Union or Bank wire within the EU.
Q: Where do I find the BTC address to send payment to?
A: Each order is generated a unique BTC address at checkout.
If you do not see this address displayed then it is likely that you are running a script blocker on your internet browser.
Please ensure you have disabled plugins like Ad Block and uBlock as this will prevent the BTC address being generated.
Furthermore, TOR browser will also prevent the payment API from executing.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: No. Requests will be ignored. However know that every order above $100 gets a free sample!
Q: I have paid and sent proof of payment but not received a shipping confirmation?
A: Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but if we receive this after 12.30pm then it will roll onto the next working day. Thankyou for your patience! Your order will generally be shipped within 1 business days of us receiving payment.
Q: What if my order does not arrive?
A: If you have chosen a tracked shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived three weeks after shipping, unless it has been seized by customs. Your order will not be reshipped if it was shipped by snail mail. Airmail is at your own risk.
Q: Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: For now we are sending tracking numbers manually, please be patient, it will most often be sent the day after it is shipped as we don’t receive the tracked til towards the end of the day.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your package online, using the tracking number provided to you via email.
Q: My BTC payment is higher than coinbase/preev, why is this?
A: Crypto currencies require network fees which goes towards the ‘miners’, when you look at the price on an online exchange it does not take this price into account. Our price includes the network fee along with a fee charged by the payment provider. If you do not pay the total requested amount your funds will be held for 7 days, then refunded less a €10 FEE for wasting our time.
Q: I have not received my order or heard back from you in a few hours, what do I do?
